Kenneth Donald has over 25 years of management experience in the automotive, transportation and logistics, food service and publishing industries.  He has implemented and used enterprise software applications to bring effective solutions to business problems.

Tom Peppiatt has over 35 years of senior management experience in manufacturing predominantly in the automotive sector.   A former CFO and Executive Vice President of Operations, his extensive experience has been utilized in both operational effectiveness and business turnaround assignments.

Garry Gibbons has over 35 years of finance experience working in professional practices and corporate management.  He has also operated his own financial services business in a career that has spanned the tourism and retail industries.

Jim Phillips - jphillips@oegroup.ca

Jim has spent his entire career involved with the automotive industry in North America and most recently served as Assistant Vice President of Purchasing for Honda of America (HAM) and Senior Executive Vice President, responsible for North American Operations at a Honda Group supplier.  His background includes line and senior management experience in Operations, Purchasing, Quality, Engineering, Project Management and Accounting.

Murray spent seven years as Chief Engineer for one of Honda’s largest suppliers, F&P Manufacturing, subsidiary of F-tech Japan.  During that time he introduced hydro form to F-tech and Honda, bringing F-tech to the number 1 position with this technology in Japan.  He has a proven track record of commercialization and provides support to companies in the hydro forming and manufacturing fields, and those wishing to adopt Japanese based Operating Systems.

Rex has over 25 years senior manufacturing management experience with a proven record of bottom line successes.  As a supplier to both the Detroit 3 and Japanese transplants, he won supplier awards from Ford, General Motors, Honda and F&P manufacturing.  Technologies managed include hydro forming, stamping, CNC machining and injection moulding.

Darrin Wiegard - dwiegard@oegroup.ca

Darrin has extensive experience in tool making and spent many years working with a key supplier to Honda.  His expertise includes quick die change methods as well as continuous improvement effectiveness in stamping and fabrication operations.
